The Section of Food Science, Human Nutrition and Agricultural (S-FSHUA) is a peer-reviewed open-access section published by the Student’s Journal of Health Research Africa (SJHR-Africa) focusing on research in the agricultural and food sciences. The Section aims to bridge the knowledge gap between food science and human health. The Section Editors will prioritize ideas in this interdisciplinary field.
